Now, at the beginning of 2022, we have great plans for our team, so we are looking for a new colleague to help us take OceanoBe to the next level.
Day to Day Activities Include
What you'll do
You will create innovative recruiting strategies, without being limited to rigid procedures or long approval lists.
You'll have the freedom to experiment and propose new ideas, in order to find the best approach.
You will not be limited to a rigid set of tasks, but instead, you'll have the opportunity to be involved in other HR or even other business areas, such as HR Admin, Employer Branding, Marketing or Sales, in order to grow yourself as a professional as much as you want.
Minimum qualifications
What you’ll bring
Relevant experience in recruiting IT roles
A strong network of Java, FE (Angular, React), and QA professionals based in Romania
Some basic technical knowledge about the technologies we are using in our team. As you surely know, Java is not the same as Javascript :)
Great adaptability to priorities changing in terms of demand, roles we are recruiting, and technologies
Full Professional Proficiency of English
Strong organizational skills, as we work on multiple recruiting projects at the same time
A strong understanding of the Romanian IT market
Strong networking skills and the ability to build long term partnerships/relationships with hiring managers & candidates
