Day to Day Activities Include

What you'll do

You will drive the development from the ground up of a neo-banking app, building new architecture and components, and using the latest technologies.
As a Technical Lead, you will oversee the functioning of the team, evaluate the project progress, analyze the training needs of the team and ensure overall client satisfaction.
You will liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
Tech stack: Java17, Spring, Spring Data Abstraction layer, Lombok, Feign Rest client/abstraction layer, Hibernate ORM, Liquibase, Junit Unit/Component testing, Mockito/PowerMock, Postgres Relational Database, Docker, Logback Logging, Gradle
Minimum qualifications

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in building large-scale Java applications.
Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
