Day to Day Activities Include
What you'll do
You will be part of an agile team, building from the ground up a neo-banking app, with new architecture and components, using the latest technologies.
As SDET, you will be responsible for defining and implementing test automation strategy for the app’s backend and the APIs, using industry best practices and ensuring comprehensive test plans are in place for the successful delivery of the banking platform.
You will work collaboratively with the software engineers and the Product Owner and you will proactively seek to make continuous improvements to test coverage, execution and automation, being responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reporting test automation results.
Tech stack: Java, RestAssured with Serenity Reports, MySQL, Postman.
Minimum qualifications
What you’ll bring
At least three years as a QA automation engineer.
Relevant experience writing automated tests using RestAssured with Java.
Proven experience in defining and operationalization of test automation strategy.
Proven experience in creating and implementing test automation frameworks for large-scale systems in agile development environment.
Hands-on test automation experience, in a professional software development environment.
In-depth knowledge of a variety of testing techniques and methodologies.
Knowledge of Java or other programming languages.
Knowledge of software testing standards, processes, methodologies, tools and patterns.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a related major is preferred.
The ability to collaborate with coworkers and strong communication, relationship-building, and cooperation skills.
English - full proficiency.
