Senior Python Developer/ Technical Lead Stream: AI Project - Chatbot, Python Team
Join us in leading the development of an AI-powered chatbot that will revolutionize the customer experience for one of our major banking clients.

What you'll do
This is a high-impact, strategic project, and we are seeking a solution-oriented leader ready to make a significant impact.
The backend of this application is supported by both a Java and a Python team.
The Java team is leveraging Google AI (Google SDK), while this requirement does not extend to the Python team. The frontend team is using Angular.
There is an existing Python team with developers having 2-3 years of experience.
We need an experienced professional to lead, guide, and provide effective solutions to the challenges they face. Good communication skills are essential, and it's nice to have to take initiative in facilitating training for colleagues.
Minimum qualifications

Ability to work on long-term projects (not just proof of concepts)
Proven track record of leading projects
Willingness to deliver technical presentations to the team
