What you'll do
As a PMO, you will be involved in evaluating the cost and resources required for each project and you will be in charge of monitoring the details and the status of the engagements with our Clients (termination, payments, invoicing date etc).
You would be responsible for the definition, maintenance and improvements of the standards & processes of project commercials for the entire OceanoBe portfolio.
You will maintain and develop a positive relationship between the OceanoBe and all clients and stakeholders in regards to commercial aspect, you will provide clarification guidance on budget related topics, actuals vs forecast reports, invoices, breakdown split by individual capability across projects & teams and you will track overall progress against initial agreement.
You will also manage a variety of financial activities such as: provide functional directions and guidance on all financial aspects; track and report on portfolio performance, trends, margin, consolidate forecasts of project financials.
