The role involves 60-70% Scrum Master activities but also partially covers project management tasks.
Day to Day Activities Include
What you'll do
Drives Agile transformation and coaching, promoting the implementation and adoption of Agile
principles/ practices across the bank
Leads the team in creating value, by closely collaborating with the Product Owner and the scrum
team
Fosters a โuser firstโ attitude and steers the teams to attain key results on previously agreed
upon objectives
Collects and analyzes agile metrics, with a focus on improvement; identifies ways to increase
effectiveness and improve time to market
Identifies and removes impediments to Agile adoption
Collaborates with the Agile Centre of Enablement members, to refine and document Agile
standards and best practices, fostering continuous improvement
Strengthens Agile expertise company-wide by creating and delivering comprehensive training
programs, thus enhancing teamsโ true potential
Minimum qualifications
What youโll bring
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master/ Agile PM role in complex projects and
environments
Expert in applying Scrum and Kanban frameworks at scale across distributed and co-located
teams
Leadership skills in motivating and empowering teams to achieve results
Experience in delivering complex projects, planning skills, ability to manage multiple activities,
being open-minded to experiment with new technologies
Experience in establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Agile Methodologies, Communication, Scrum, Kanban, Project
Management, Conflict Resolution, Stakeholder Engagement
Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
