Day to Day Activities Include

What you'll do

You will drive the development of one of the most renowned online and POS payment processing tools. Together with the team, you will improve the security and reliability of the application, in an agile safe environment.
As a Technical Lead, you will oversee the functioning of the team, evaluate the project progress, analyze the training needs of the team and ensure overall client satisfaction.
You will liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
Tech Stack: Java 8, Google Guice, Mokito, IntelliJ, Git, Redhat Enterprise Linux, Splunk, Jenkins, Sonar, Checkmarx, Oracle Database, PL/SQL, Rally, Miro.
Minimum qualifications

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in building large-scale Java applications.
Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
