IT Tech Analyst - Business Analyst

Day to Day Activities Include
What you'll do
Analyze the feasibility of business requirements for changes in IT systems; formulate and clarify the business requirements in order to define the solutions correctly
Identify new functionalities and the functional impact on existing functionalities
Analyse the requirements of business stakeholders and document them tailoring a structure understandable by both business and IT project members
Validate business requirements and specifications documents together with business and developers teams
Prepare business test cases based on the business requirements document
Define test cases for UAT and coordinate the UAT
Test the IT solution before delivering it for testing to business users
Manage corrective actions to be taken regarding the delivered solution
Work closely with business users to ensure the final solution fits to their requirement needs
Build the solution together with development team
Ensure the documentation is according to QA requirements
Participate in status meetings, provide status and feedback, promote improvement proposals, solution oriented
Minimum qualifications
What you’ll bring
Experience in a software development team in either one of these roles: Technical Business Analyst/Tester
Experience in financial/ banking IT projects
DB knowledge: Oracle SQL
Knowledge of Java web development technologies
Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing
Knowledge of web services technologies (SOAP / REST / Altova / Swagger)
Good knowledge regarding implementation steps of BI / IT solutions
