Mission: We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our banking client portfolio and support the expansion of our presence in the financial sector.

Purpose: This is an individual contributor role, with no direct people management or supervisory responsibilities. The Business Development Manager will engage with the Board Team and report to the CEO of the company.

What you'll do

What you'll do:
Actively seeks new business opportunities, interacts with, and builds relationships with potential B2B clients and partners in the target market.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Join forces with OceanoBe's marketing and technology wizards, collaborating to evolve our sales strategy and unlock the potential of new services and products, tailored to our clients' unique needs.
Minimum qualifications

What you’ll bring

What you’ll bring:
Extensive experience in a sales and/or business development role.
Experience working with the Fin-tech industry, preferably Banking domain.
Track record of successfully selling IT and Technology solutions.
Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets, and winning deals.
Track record of successfully developing/ implementing business development plans.
Driven by results and fueled by ambition.
Spoken languages: Native Romanian and fluency in English.
Technical background desired.
